Privacy Policy
Compare Senior Care is operated by Saguaro Media Group LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy describes exactly what the site collects, why, and how long we keep it.
The short version
- You don't need an account, and we don't ask for your name to search.
- We use no advertising or tracking pixels, no third-party analytics, and no third-party fonts or scripts. Our pages are set to block resources from other companies.
- Visitors get no cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for verified facility staff.
- We don't sell or share personal information.
- Where we promise a time limit below, the deletion happens automatically.
What we collect, why, and for how long

What we don't collect
We don't run user accounts. We don't collect health or medical information, Social Security numbers, or insurance or bank account numbers. A price report may say how care is paid for (for example private pay, long-term care insurance or Medicaid), without any account details. The “apply to multiple facilities” feature is not active. Before we collect any application or health information, we will publish an updated policy and ask for your explicit consent.
Cookies, analytics, fonts and other companies’ code
Visitors get no cookies. The only cookie is the facility staff sign-in cookie described above. We don't use Google Analytics, advertising networks, social-media pixels, session-recording tools, or any other third-party tracking. We don't load fonts, scripts or images from other companies: the site uses fonts already installed on your device, and our pages tell your browser to block outside resources.
Hosting
The site and its database are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the address of the page you request, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We have not turned on Cloudflare’s web analytics or log storage, so we don't receive those request logs. Cloudflare may show us overall traffic totals.
We don't send newsletters or marketing e-mail. The only e-mail we send is a message about a facility access request, written and sent by us personally.
Sharing
We don't sell, rent or share personal information. The only companies that handle it on our behalf are our hosting provider, as described above. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as government agencies, Medicare, BenefitSearch, Google Maps for directions, and facilities’ own websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Their own policies apply once you leave our site. Our links tell your browser not to share which of our pages you came from.
Your choices
You can use the site without giving us any personal information. If you asked to manage a facility listing, you can ask us to delete your contact details at any time using the contact information below. Price reports and “Ask” counts are anonymous, so we can't link them back to you.
Children
The site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We limit what we collect and protect what we keep. Access links and sign-ins are stored only as one-way codes, and pages are served over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
